Manual Roof Sketch
When satellite imagery is missing or out-of-date, sketch the roof manually: trace the outline, snap interior ridges and valleys, the planar-graph engine auto-detects each facet, you set per-facet pitch, then classify edges (hip/ridge/valley/eave/rake). Hip & ridge cap, valley metal, starter, and drip edge auto-populate the estimate.
LiDAR Room Scanning — iPhone app
On any LiDAR-capable iPhone or iPad, capture a room in 60 seconds — walls, doors, windows, and dimensions auto-detected by Apple's RoomPlan. The .usdz scan + measurement summary (floor / wall / ceiling / perimeter) saves to the customer file, then drops into the estimate as priced line items via Room Takeoff.
